These photos are taken in deep water from 1,500ft (500m) to 9,000ft (3,000m) by remote controlled cameras used by the Oil Companies. These have been sent to me by friends and are used for educational purposes, "fair use" with verbal permission.

Greenland Shark - Somniosis Cephalus

Another deepwater shark is the greenland shark. I don't have any still photos of that however there is some video of this in 8700ft in the Gulf of Mexico FAR outside its previously understood range. Click on my video page to see it.
